Sales/Account Manager

FACT-Finder Partner Poland

Do you want to be part of a motivated and dynamic team? Are you interested in working in a rapidly growing business field like eCommerce and Online Retail? Do you prefer taking on new challenges as opposed to working by the book?

FACT-Finder is a eCommerce solution for on-site Search and Navigation leading the European Market while being used in over 1000 shops including Weltbild.pl, Morele.net, Esprit and Mexx. FACT-Finder has been developed by Omikron, a German based technology company with more than 10 years experience in its sector. FACT-Finder has been growing at least 40% each year since 2002 and has had a successful entry to the Polish market.

To expand our operations in Poland and establish a sales team on site, we are now looking for a passionate team member.

Your key responsibilities:

• Participation in the full sales process, from lead generation to contract closure
• Building long-term and close relationships with clients
• Observe the market and provide relevant input for R&D, marketing and strategy
• Customer success based project management

Your qualifications:

• Degree Educated
• Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience (preferably in the eCommerce sector)
• Strong verbal and communication skills as well as client orientation
• Well organized and structured with high commitment and flexibility
• Affinity for internet technology, social media and online shopping would be an advantage
• Excellent command of the English language through all written and oral communication
